I'd suggest Vertu Volvo Yeovil to a friend because the customer service is very good. The salespeople are pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, but not pushy. We were very pleased with our experience at Vertu Volvo and our salesperson Josh was very nice. This is the first time we have bought a Volvo and we are very pleased with it. The showroom itself is stylish and attractive and is a good setting for the range of cars available.

My experience at Vertu Volvo Yeovil

My experience at Vertu Volvo Yeovil was positive because it was a simple and straight forward process to purchase the car i wanted. The sales team were helpful and supportive but not pushy. The only element I did not understand fully was Vertu's policy on not displaying the price of the car in the window. You had to scan a QR code as the prices change daily!

The experience at Vertu Volvo Yeovil was good because Ross took care of the complete sale and went through all of the paperwork in detail. It did at times feel a little pressured but we are pleased with the car. Only issue we have was that there was NO follow up call a few days latter as promised.
